Sandra Alvarez

Marketing Executive

Sandra Alvarez has over eleven years of community engagement experience through her work as a Program Manager within a prominent non-profit agency. Sandra’s experiences include seeking resources in the community to assist high-risk families, child welfare and safety, home safety inspection, and client engagement and management. Prior to this, Sandra worked as a State Inspector for the Department of Agriculture’s Weights and Measures division.

She holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Criminal Justice from Temple University, and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and Management from Peirce College. Additionally, Sandra has spent volunteer time working with Philadelphia’s first non-profit Latino youth basketball league, La Liga del Barrio, sponsored in part by the Philadelphia 76ers, as the Marketing Executive Director.
